3. Written Agreement

4. Planning and Promotion

5. Sale & Profit Share

After planning permission is granted, the land is marketed and sold — typically to a developer. We recover our costs and receive a share of the uplifted value only once the land is sold, in line with the agreement. You retain full ownership throughout and receive the majority share of the proceeds.
