Phillip Tuckwell BSc (Hons) MRICS

Phillip Tuckwell is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with over 20 years’ experience in the property and construction industry. He has worked across private consultancy, construction and development-led roles, delivering residential, rural and commercial projects from initial feasibility and planning through to detailed design and construction delivery. Phillip founded TUK Rural Ltd in 2017 to focus on rural development, residential schemes and diversification projects, supporting landowners in enhancing asset value and securing long-term financial sustainability. Alongside advising clients, he has personally designed and project managed his own property developments, providing a practical, commercially informed perspective. As Director of TUK Rural Ltd, Phillip leads projects with a pragmatic, solutions-led approach, ensuring clear advice, robust technical delivery and outcomes aligned with client objectives.

Samantha Worrall BArch (Hons) Dip TP Dip Arch MArch RIBA 

Samantha Worrall is a Chartered Architect with over 15 years’ experience delivering residential, commercial and education projects from concept through to completion. She has worked within multidisciplinary practices and led projects ranging from small residential extensions to multi-million-pound developments, bringing strong technical expertise, clear design thinking and effective project coordination. Having also established and run her own architectural practice, Samantha has a strong understanding of private client priorities and the practical realities of development. As Associate Architect at TUK Rural Ltd, she supports rural and residential projects with a collaborative, design-led and pragmatic approach that enhances asset value and delivers well-considered, buildable solutions.

Tina Humphreys MArch BArch (Hons) 

Tina Humphreys is an ARB-registered Architect with eight years’ experience in professional practice, including one year as a fully qualified architect. She has worked within established architectural practices delivering a wide range of residential projects, including bespoke new-build homes, rural barn conversions (including Class Q), listed and heritage schemes, and residential extensions. Tina has strong experience progressing projects from early concept and planning through to technical design and Building Regulations, working collaboratively with planning teams to navigate complex legislative and policy requirements. She has a particular interest in sustainable design, with experience in low-energy and Passivhaus-informed schemes, focusing on creating comfortable, well-detailed buildings that reduce environmental impact. As part of the TUK Rural Ltd team, Tina supports rural and residential projects with a careful, technically robust and planning-aware approach, helping clients achieve high-quality, policy-compliant development outcomes.
