Architect
We’re seeking a talented Architect to join our expanding team in Derby, working on a diverse portfolio of rural and residential projects across Derbyshire and the wider region. You’ll take a lead role from concept through to completion: designing, detailing, and delivering high-quality schemes that balance creativity with practicality. Every project offers the opportunity to shape rural places.
You’ll work closely with our planning, surveying, and consultancy team to produce well-considered designs that respond to both client ambitions and the rural context. Technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential, along with a full UK licence.
Due to a high workload, responses may take up to a week in order for us to thoroughly read your application. Thank you.
Architectural Technician
We’re looking for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Derby. Working across a range of rural and residential development projects, you’ll play a key role in turning design concepts into buildable, practical realities. From bespoke homes and barn conversions to small-scale developments, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to help shape high-quality rural architecture across Derbyshire and beyond.
You’ll collaborate closely with our architects, planners, and consultants, producing detailed drawings, technical specifications, and construction details that bring projects to life. A strong understanding of UK Building Regulations is essential, along with a full UK driving licence for site visits.
